He is a registered Architect in 22 states, NCARB-certified, a past chapter president of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Society of Military Engineers. A specialist in Anti-Terrorism design, Mr. Luman also holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and held the position of an adjunct professor at the University of Florida.
