REES is an architectural, planning, and interior design firm - established in 1975. Internationally recognized as a leading design and facility planning firm, REES has become recognized for its strength in developing facilities that support operating requirements and strategies.

Our diversified practice spans over 36 years, with completed projects in 42 states, 3 territories and 35 countries. Throughout our history, our staff has successfully completed more than 7,400 assignments totaling over $21,800,000,000.00 in construction value. We serve our national and international clients through locations in Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Mexico City, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, San Francisco and Spokane.
REES developed an original approach for programming and planning facilities. This exclusive FACILITY BUSINESS PLAN® approach is so unique that it holds a registered trademark and copyright granted by the U.S. Patent Office and owns the exclusive right to use this process in the US, all countries of the European Union and Japan. The utilization of this approach has frequently resulted in completed facilities that operate at the utmost level of operational efficiency.
With a practice evenly based between planning and architecture, REES brings unique strengths to our clients. REES was founded as a healthcare planning firm, and has since expanded to serve clients in seven market specialties, including broadcast, corporate / interiors, education, government, justice, mission critical and senior living.
Today, more than ever, organizations are challenged to provide operationally efficient facilities within limited budgets. At the same time, these facilities must be designed and constructed to last. REES has consistently shown the ability to meet these challenges while keeping projects on time and within budget. It is our goal to develop long-term relationships with clients by exceeding their expectations for quality work and prompt services. We are proud of the high number of projects completed for repeat clients.
