Beverly Brandon

Nationally recognized as an expert on designing for seniors, Beverly Brandon, AIA, CASP, LEED AP has dedicated her entire 30-year career to designing senior living communities. Her involvement includes designs for numerous Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Senior Communities, Assisted Living Residences, Senior Housing, and Health Care Centers. More recently, she has been involved with existing senior communities that are repositioning themselves to respond to aging facilities and new markets. Not only does each project respond uniquely to each client’s program, desires, and budget but each project represents the unique mission, vision and philosophy of its Provider. Her commitment to sustainable design extends across all projects.


Ms. Brandon is a highly sought after speaker at state and national conferences, and has also authored numerous magazine articles about evidence-based design, aging with choice, and other senior living design trends. She is a registered Architect in the State of Maryland, and is also a CARF/CCAC Evaluator.
