Ronald J. Luman
Ronald J. Luman, AIA, LEED AP serves as a Vice President of REES and the Specialty Segment Leader for the firm’s Government practice. Mr. Luman has led a multitude of federal, state and county projects for more than 35 years.
Mr. Luman holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois and has completed graduate studies in Construction Management at Bradley University and the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a registered Architect in 22 states, NCARB-certified, a past chapter president of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Society of Military Engineers. A specialist in Anti-Terrorism design, Mr. Luman is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida.
Mr. Luman’s experience includes an appointment as the Orange County Architect of Record for a four-year term where he was in charge of all project design in Central Florida. In addition, Mr. Luman has completed numerous projects for NASA at Kennedy Space Center, including support facilities for Shuttle, Atlas and Delta rocket operations and all Visitor Complex museums. He has performed a variety of military project assignments for the Navy, Army and the Air Force. Mr. Luman has worked closely with NAVFAC, Corps of Engineers and AFCEE throughout several US installations, performing traditional MilCon projects, Design/Build and Privatization Project work.
