Mauricio Amado

Mauricio Amado has over 20 years experience and has completed projects in the United States, Mexico and Africa. He is a registered architect in Mexico and the United States specializing in civic and senior living architecture. Currently, Mauricio is a senior project manager and business development architect for Mexico and Latin America in the senior living, healthcare, broadcast, and justice segments at Rees Associates, Inc. He is Vice President of Programs for the US Mexico Chamber of Commerce Southwest Chapter and participates in the International Committee for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; he also chairs the AIA Dallas Emerging Leaders Program for the American Institute of Architects in Dallas and is a Design Studio Professor at El Centro College in Dallas.
