Stephen E. Lawson

Stephen E. Lawson, AIA, LEED AP is a Vice President of REES with over 12 years of experience. Mr. Lawson is the Healthcare Specialty Segment leader and champions the firm’s vision fostering a collaborative culture while developing methodologies that meet and exceed client expectations.



Mr. Lawson has been involved in the programming, planning, and design for numerous nationally recognized healthcare institutions. From rural and community healthcare facilities to metropolitan medical centers, he is committed to improving the healing environment while maintaining efficient functional settings. He is a licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional, licensed interior designer and is ASHE certified in healthcare construction. Mr. Lawson holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture from the University of Buffalo, and an Associates Degree in Architecture and Construction Technology from Alfred State University.
