Robert Genter has passed the (LEED) exam administered by the U.S. Green Building Council
DALLAS – REES is pleased to announce Robert Genter has passed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design examination (LEED) administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The exam’s purpose is to determine a designer’s understanding of “green” building practices, maintain integrated design, awareness of processes and resources, and knowledge of requirements.
LEED certified buildings are high performance buildings that are considered green, meeting efficiency in the following areas: water and energy savings, site development that is sustainable, selection of materials, and superior indoor environment.
A graduate of Kansas State University (Bachelor of Interior Architecture), Rob is a Vice President at REES, with over 13 years of experience in a variety of project types. He is also the recipient of the J.B. Chenoweth Award, an honor only awarded five times in the history of REES for consistently achieving high client satisfaction.
