Planning Commission Approval for New Pecan Village

Dr. Frank Rees, AIA, LEED AP of REES, has received planning commission approval for Pecan Village located in Ponca City, Oklahoma. REES will be seeking zoning approval on November 4, 2008 from the City of Ponca City. Pecan Village will occupy 27 acres adjacent to Lake Ponca Park, bordered by North Pecan Road on the West. The Community is planned for 240,323 square feet of space.

The design will encompass a Wellness Center (4,200 square feet); Independent Living and Support (170,890 square feet); Nursing Center (12,800 square feet); Memory Care Center (15,500 square feet); Campus Services (7,900 square feet); Assisted Living and Support (29,000 square feet); Senior Health Clinic (1,700 square feet) and 24 Executive Homes.
