Team Player of the Year Awards
REES, an architecture, planning and interiors firm, is proud to announce their Team Players of the Year. The firm’s annual team player of the year award recognizes three outstanding employees who go above and beyond their duties to support the team. The employees are nominated by the entire REES staff. The three REES Team Players of the Year for 2008 are Chris Pritchard, Matt Schmidt and Christine Moeckel.

Chris Pritchard has been a REES team member for more than six years. He has designed numerous projects, including education, corporate/commercial, healthcare and broadcast facilities. With a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma, he has worked on recent projects such as East Central University Fine Arts Center in Ada, Oklahoma, Federal Bureau of Investigation in Louisville, Kentucky, and University of Oklahoma Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication. “Chris works extremely hard to make sure his work is top notch & he always exhibits a positive attitude toward others.”

Matt Schmidt, a member of REES for over three years, graduated from Kansas State University in Interior Design. He is a licensed Interior Designer working on projects such as Bulgaria TV, Choctaw Nation Casino in Grant, Oklahoma, and Longhorn Village in Austin, Texas. Schmidt is known as “helping out where he is not asked to, even if it means working overtime. He is courteous and pleasant to be around, and he always goes out of his way to help others.”

Christine Moeckel has been a member of the REES team for one year. She serves as an administrative assistant to the REES Atlanta office. She has helped successfully operate and market the office for the past year. Colleague quoted as saying, “Her work makes my day more productive, and she enjoys working as part of a team.”
