The Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office is now open

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office, owned and developed by M. L. Harris and Company, LLC and designed by Rees Associates, Inc., is now open in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Division of the FBI is one of 56 FBI field offices located throughout the United States.

Working extensively with the GSA (U.S. General Services Administration), this project represents the fifth project for the M. L. Harris and Company / REES team to complete. The 108,000 square foot, three-story office building with detached two-story parking garage and associated annex is designed to reflect the traditional style architecture of surrounding Louisville. The field office is designed to be expandable in the future up to 30% while maintaining functionality and security features.

The facility is awaiting final LEED Silver certification.
