REES Presents Senior Living Presentation at the TAHSA Conference

Beverly L. Brandon, AIA, CASP, LEED AP will present “What Does Aging With Choice Mean For Your Community?” at the October 2009 Texas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (TAHSA) conference in San Marcos, Texas.

The presentation will explore the dramatic shift to at-home care initiatives for seniors in the “silent generation” and how senior living communities can strategically plan for their continued success in this changing marketplace. Among the topics to be discussed:

• Understanding how the growing trend toward aging with choice
  has market, design, and financial implications for your community;

  generation of seniors and its impact on pricing plans, contract
