REES AWARDED INDIAN MIXED-USE PROJECT
REES, along with local partner Japcon, has been awarded a mixed-use project in Bangalore, India.
The Hebbal Commercial Development will be located on a 7-acre site and will be comprised of approximately 1,500,000 total square feet. A ring road will provide multiple points of access to the site, and a 2,000-car parking structure will be provided under the development.
The project will be located on a small site off the main road leading to the Bangalore International Airport. Focused around a natural rock canyon which will be enhanced by the introduction of water and landscaping, the development will incorporate a large retail shopping mall, a 24-screen movie theater complex, and three office towers.
