REES-ATLANTA OFFICE ACHIEVES SILVER LEED CERTIFICATION

REES is proud to announce the LEED Silver Certification of our Atlanta office!

The project team employed REES’ trademarked FACILITY BUSINESS PLAN® methodology to program, plan, and create a budget for a new office designed to accommodate REES-Atlanta’s future growth. The process incorporated an “eco-charette” to determine the feasibility of achieving LEED Certification without significantly increasing the Tenant Improvement budget.

Several sustainable products were utilized in the space, including reclaimed wood, low VOC paints and adhesives, Cradle-2-Cradle certified workstations, task and conference chairs, and carpet tiles with recycled backing that use adhesive squares instead of glue.
