Principal Emeritus

Mr. Jeakins is a Principal Emeritus with HKS in Dallas.  He has over 45 years of experience in all phases of the architectural process.  His specialty is pre-development aspects of corporate facilities and income-producing properties.   His passion is centered around Corporate Campus Developments with high quality work environments and sustainable green-space.  He has lead design teams in significant projects including Exxon World HQ, Fidelity Investments, Citigroup, RadioShack and The Dallas Convention Center.

Education: 

Mr. Jeakins holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  

Professional Affiliations: 

He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, Dallas Chapter AIA, Corenet Global, Urban Land Institute and the Dallas Citizens Council.  He has also served as the Past President of the Dallas Architectural Foundation.

Registration: 

He is a registered Architect in Texas, Illinois, Montana and Minnesota.  He is NCARB and LEED AP Certified.
