Kathy is a senior member of the REES Healthcare Group and believes the healthcare environment plays a role in staff retention, recruitment and patient outcomes. Leaning on her 26 years of experience, she is able to design healthcare facilities that improve the efficiency of staff, increase staff satisfaction and shape a positive experience for patients. 
 
Kathy is also passionate about supporting the Oklahoma City community and is invovled in multiple nonprofits including: the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, Potts Family Foundation, NorthCare, Healthy Schools Oklahoma, Coalition Prevention of Child Abuse, Leadership Oklahoma and thePay for Success Initiative.
