When we first identified 1447 Peachtree Street as an investment opportunity for our firm, we realized that it had a lot of potential, but it would also require a lot of work to make it a success. We called it the ABC building. It had an A location on Peachtree in the heart of Midtown Atlanta , but it was a tired worn out B building and at best we rated its market presence at C. It was just another faceless building on Peachtree. So we turned to Rees to help. And through the countless meetings and boundless ideas and tons of energy from the Rees team and our management team, 1447 was re-born as Silhouette Midtown. The unique silhouette features on the facade and the Silhouette Midtown branding make it instantly identifiable on the skyline, driving down Peachtree and in the minds of brokers and tenants. We were able to transform the image of our building almost overnight and make it a success in a difficult environment…. and we could not have do it with the help of the Rees team.
