Full-time Architect
Full-time Architect with a minimum of 10 years of Senior Living and Housing related experience.
- Must have extensive technical knowledge related to delivering wood construction projects as well as direct contact with senior living clients.
- Knowledge of senior living programming and operations is a plus.
- Responsible for coordinating all phases of design and/or construction on assigned projects including coordination, completion, and communication of project design scope, regulatory agencies, and contractors.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Revit Architecture skills required.
- License required.
- LEED Accredited a plus.
