A dynamic financial services corporation, AMRESCO engaged Rees Associates to direct the consolidation of its suburban and downtown Dallas offices to one location in the central business district.

Rees provided building evaluations, facilities analysis, programming and interior design for the 120,000-square-foot project. Design solutions created simplified space allocations and generic planning to accommodate AMRESCO’s evolving business plan.

The consolidation was accomplished on a fast-track construction schedule. Phased move-in dates were precisely implemented to meet both of AMRESCO’s lease expiration dates.
