New Re-Branded Call Center for Cox Communications

The design team developed a set of goals with Cox Call Center leadership that included implementation and integration of the brand throughout, a new lobby, access to their product line, workplace refresh as well as expanded and improved employee amenities. The lobby was reconfigured to provide improved access for visitors, an improved work area for lobby staff as well as Cox branding. A refresh of the furniture systems in the work areas and the application of Cox branding gave their workspaces a new look and feel.
