Restaurant Transformed into a Corporate Office for Make-A-Wish Foundation

The 4,500-square-foot renovation, which had been a Chinese Restaurant for almost 45 years, included two offices, reception lobby, conference room, gallery space, living room/wish room (to meet with the family), a break area and twelve additional work spaces. Since the new space is within an old building, the design preserves the history with a loft–like appearance exposing all load–bearing brick walls and exposed ceilings. Creative, but inexpensive was the baseline for design since the client is a non–profit organization.
