Phased Student Housing Expansion at The University of Oklahoma

This phased development offered the University the flexibility to provide replacement housing units and expand their housing portfolio while significantly improving the quality of their student life experience. Phases I and II included 16 apartment buildings with 24 apartments per building. Each 233,622-square-foot housing building is comprised of 2 and 4 bedroom units and approximately 580 parking spaces. Living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, internet access, 25” color TVs and DVR/DVD. The two 4,000-square-foot community centers serve as the hub of student business and activity, with Traditions Square East located near the baseball stadium overlooking the field. Amenities also include basketball and volleyball courts and community trails that intersect with park-like courtyards.
