When we first identified 1447 Peachtree Street as an investment opportunity for our firm, we realized that it had a lot of potential, but it would also require a lot of work to make it a success. So we turned to REES to help. The 1447 Peachtree Street project in Atlanta is a ten-story, 1960s building that underwent a renovation in the 1990s.
