Rees Associates designed the 42,000 s.f. renovation for WSRE in 1994.

The original planning allowed for the large production studio to be doubled in size for a future performing arts. This new 15,000 s.f. addition added a pre-function area, seating for approximately 200 and additional studio space. Materials selected are in concert with the existing building.
