As the tallest building in Dallas at 72 stories, the two-million-square-foot Bank of America Plaza has become a Dallas landmark and an important force in revitalizing the historic West End Central Business District.
An architecturally distinctive design serves as an efficient workplace and hub of financial and commercial activity without sacrificing the essential human element. In addition to the office tower, the project includes 93,385 square feet of concourse-level retail and food service areas.
The sunken courtyard with landscaping and soothing water features provides a focal point from the concourse and an outdoor link to the street-level plaza. Art plays an integral part in this mixed-use project, augmenting the sculptural character of the building itself, whose form is expressed at night by unique Argon tube lighting.
**Project completed by former JPJ.
