BET Corporate Headquarters and Production Facilities on its angularly shaped campus make a dynamic statement in the Capitol Redevelopment area of northeast Washington, D.C.

The Corporate Headquarters and Production Warehouse lend an inspiring look to BET's sprawling 8-acre campus. The 7-level, 95,000-square-foot Corporate Headquarters Facility houses business and administrative operations, as well as space for future broadcasting and production facilities. Interior design revolves around a central core resulting in a 3-sided facility with sweeping curves; each floor consists of 14,000-square-foot of cornerless space flowing freely from one area to another, with all work areas within twenty feet of exterior glass. The 58,000-square-foot Production Warehouse Facility includes studio and technical space for originating programming to be uplinked throughout the U.S. and is designed to accommodate the exacting technical and staffing requirements of television, film and audio production. The facility includes satellite uplink and downlink capabilities including all technical equipment and associated backup systems. A 16,000-square-foot studio can divide into two studios to accommodate simultaneous production. The facility meets demanding acoustical challenges created by an adjacent train maintenance station.
