This 65,000-square-foot facility will house CNI corporate headquarters, CNI Sector Services Offices, and CNI Information Technology Offices.

The building was designed to maximize flexibility between departments, accommodate the various needs of visitors, and enhance the flow of natural light throughout. The existing three-story atrium and grand staircase will be incorporated as a community space and major circulation element between floors, adding convenient access and flexibility between departments.

The first floor boardroom will be updated and showcased with the addition of translucent glass windows. Additionally, the first floor reception area will be relocated and enlarged to make it more visible and visitor friendly, including a special space for job-seekers to fill out applications online. The first floor will also house both enclosed offices and open office furniture, as well as a revamped data center to accommodate the needs of the IT department.

All offices in the building are designed to be functional and flexible, using uniform space standards and convenient access, both to accommodate current needs and anticipate future growth.
