The new Gannett Broadcast House and Corporate Office Building is a 225,000 square foot, six-level facility located on a prominent site in Washington, D.C., offering the media giant more efficient and functional operations while increasing their visibility in the community.

The design allows for extensive internal expansion and provides open, flexible office space. The building also incorporates terrace areas on all floors for use by the employees. Sophisticated climate control and accessible flooring add to the long-term value of the facility.

The building was designed to be compatible with the surrounding neighborhoods and incorporates local architectural elements. An award-winning "Best Fit" facility, it utilizes limestone, a predominate and traditional material in the nation's capital and reflective glass on the exterior.
