Faced with a lease termination in their critical CBD operations, JP Morgan Chase and the project team programmed, designed and built 225,000 square feet of space in the 1700 Pacific building and relocated 1,100 employees within a six month time frame

The new facility was designed to create an efficient working environment, while serving to recruit and retain employees in the downtown corporate market.

The consistent design treatment of all seven floors, as well as the innovative use of readily available materials maximized limited construction funds and facilitated an expedited project schedule
