Dieste Harmel & Partners, a prestigious Dallas advertising agency specializing in the American Latino market, is a longtime client whose existing offices were originally designed by Rees 10 years ago. Now part of the New York advertising conglomerate, Omnicon, DH&P requested space that is both “relevant” to their business and corporate culture, “award-winning” and unlike any other in Dallas.
The new DH&P space will occupy two floors and initially include approximately 38,200 USF. The design calls for a two-story lobby space referencing the archetypal Latin architectural form of a courtyard including a high-tech “virtual” water feature that will also double as a presentation tool for client-pitch meetings. Also in the design are two state-of-the-art video presentation rooms, a gallery of Pre-Columbian art and several other technology-related features that will be woven into the facility in reference to DH&P’s commitment to pushing the envelope.
