Reunion Parking Garage

After 10 years serving Dallas as a premier convention and meeting hotel, the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion wished to maintain its leadership position by adding a 70,00-square-foot conference center.

The existing hotel had 35,000 square feet of space in 35 meeting rooms with a 20,000-square-foot. grand ballroom. The new conference center doubled the existing meeting space with two new ballrooms of 15,000 square feet and 7,000 square feet. Additional smaller rooms for breakout meetings and other functions are also provided. Kitchen, office and storage areas were planned to work in conjunction with the existing hotel and meeting facilities at Union Station to create a truly unique conference center.

The five-level, 400 car parking structure contains a health club and tennis courts on top of the parking garage. The structure is designed to accommodate the future addition of a 12-story hotel.
