After a savage tornado ripped through JP Morgan Chase’s downtown Fort Worth, Texas offices, REES assisted with the emergency relocation of the bank’s approximately 200 employees and began the programming, planning and design of a new 50,000-square-foot facility. These new offices occupy four floors of an entirely new building in the heart of downtown.
As a result of the high profile customer service component to these offices, the final design developed a set of finely detailed, well appointed customer point-of-contact spaces on each floor. These areas helped define JP Morgan Chase’s image as a permanent, well managed and financially stable corporation.
REES also assisted JP Morgan Chase with the phased-in construction move to the final offices, and throughout the entire process, they remained “open for business” without any significant downtime or negative affect to operations.
**Project completed by former JPJ.
