This 28,000-square-foot bank is located on a high point on the south side of Oklahoma City. Expansive glass windows afford panoramic views, including the central business district to the northwest. The second level holds 10,000 square feet of premier office space.
Convenience to the interstate is further enhanced by the site’s carefully designed vehicular circulation for both drive-in and walk-in customers.
The plan of the facility is organized around a central atrium space nearly three stories tall, with natural light enhancing the Southwest-style architecture through a band of clerestory windows. Nighttime lighting centers on the large alabaster chandelier suspended in the space above the bank logo.
The project is only one of several buildings master planned by REES.
