The three–level classroom, research and technology center was designed for the processing and preparation of multiple food products.
Responding to the challenges of numerous site constraints including limited area sever slope and proximity of adjacent buildings, the new 99,000 square–foot building blends well with the existing campus. The building houses administrative offices, conferencing facilities, lecture halls, laboratory research facilities, meeting and lounge facilities for staff and students, and interactive training facilities.
The building design is composed of a series of rectangular elements to break up the building mass along the adjacent streets and to emphasize the main entrance to the facility at the prominent street intersection.
