The Meadow Run Student Apartments consist of 60 one-bedroom/one-bath units and 60 two-bedroom/two-bath units in five three-story buildings and accommodate 270 students.
The project at the University of Texas at Arlington was delivered on a design/build, accelerated schedule basis and was completed in August 2003. The project site was master-planned to include future development of additional student housing to the west.
