The Reserve on Stinson

REES provided architectural and structural services for the 80,000 square foot design/build project of five student apartment buildings near the University of Oklahoma. The five buildings, each three stories, were completed in two phases and contain approximately 180 beds. The project also includes parking areas as well as basketball and volleyball courts.

To accommodate the varying demographics of the student populace, the apartments range in size from 2-bed, 2 bath; 3-bed, 3-bath; 4-bed, 4-bath, and 4-bed, 4-bath with den. Each unit is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, full furnishings, cable television, high-speed internet, laundry facility and accessible patio.

The community and shared amenities within the complex include swimming pool, computer lab with high-speed internet, clubhouse, barbeque pits, outdoor running trail, game room with media zone, fitness center, central laundry center, and tanning bed.

The apartment complex was designed to give a special sense of place. Stone siding and warm, natural colors on the exterior of the buildings create a residential setting within a campus of multi-purpose buildings.
