Timber Brook Apartments

Arlington, Texas

Timber Brook Apartments derives its name from the tree-lined creek that runs through the middle of the site, separating the initial and future phases.

The creek, known as the Trading House Branch of Johnson Creek, provides a pleasant natural amenity to the complex and ties the complex into an informal linear park that extends to the South and eventually winds through the University of Texas at Arlington campus.

The project was a site-adapt of one of the apartment buildings developed for the Phase I student apartment project, Arbor Oaks. Both projects were fast-tracked to meet opening deadlines for the Fall 2002 semester.
