Traditions Residence Hall

Traditions Residence Hall is the first new residence hall built by the University of North Texas in 50 years.

The hall provides 297 beds in two-bed/bath suites. The three-story facility contains approximately 82,000 square feet in an H-shaped plan. This plan provides two exterior courtyards for use by residents. Other features include group study and computer lounges, on-site laundry, and a central lobby and reception, as well as student recreation rooms.
