REES is providing full A/E services to develop 1,300 beds of student housing configured in two-bed/two-bath and four-bed/two-bath apartments.

The development includes 19 housing buildings, an 8,000-square-foot community center, basketball and volleyball courts, and community trails that intersect with park-like courtyards. The project will be constructed in sequential phases, allowing 800 beds to be complete by August 2004 with the remainder to be occupied by January 2005.
