Loma Linda University Medical Center, operates some of the largest clinical programs in the United States in areas such as neonatal care, corneal transplants and outpatient surgery.

This satellite facility houses the functions of a cutting-edge 16,900 square feet ambulatory surgery center which will accommodate four operating rooms and required ancillary space with considerations for future expansion.

The attached three-story 68,300 square feet Medical Office Building will house Loma Linda University Medical Center staff physicians and contain functions for physicians’ offices as well as imaging diagnostics and radiation therapy.

The complex will also contain a Healing Garden, designed to promote healing, both physical and emotional. It will contain water features, walking paths, meditation areas and plant materials that are conducive to and help promote the natural healing processes.
