The project consists of the construction of a 15,822 square foot state-of-the-art freestanding Cancer Center on the campus of the Mercy Memorial Health Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

The Cancer Center functions as a full-service cancer treatment center by accommodating a new linear accelerator, PET/CT and chemotherapy infusion area that provides infusion therapy to patients in a relaxed, comfortable setting overlooking a landscaped courtyard. The project also includes all necessary support spaces such as offices, blood draw areas, medication rooms, conference and break room and mechanical/electrical/IT areas.

The structure of the building consists of a steel frame and concrete foundation/footings system. The exterior of the building is primarily brick veneer with limestone and composite metal panel canopies.
