The Deaconess Medical Offices Building South is a three-level, 67,000-square-foot facility located on the hospital's campus.
The facility includes the Oklahoma Urology Center and spaces for associated services such as cystology, lithotripsy and other related outpatient surgical services, as well as physician offices. The facility was designed with the potential for a three-level future upward expansion.
Rees provided full architectural/engineering services for a 9,275-square-foot renovation and 2,200-square-foot new construction to develop a radiation therapy suite in the hospital’s North Medical Office Building. The project includes the addition of a second linear accelerator, and doubled both spaces and treatment capability, including additional CT/Simulator capabilities
