REES provided full architectural and engineering design services, including an evaluation study, for this replacement hospital for the city of Seminole.
Seminole Hospital and Medical Office Building is a rural hospital prototype for providing quality outpatient and acute care while minimizing full time employees. The 63,000-square-foot hospital includes a 10-physician clinic, 32 inpatient beds, four ICU/special care beds, 12 skilled nursing beds and two complete LDRP rooms. The facility's focus is toward outpatient care.
