The Facilities Master Plan conducted by REES examined all structures owned or leased by Denton County, representing 59 individual buildings in excess of 700,000 gross square feet. REES is developed a 20-year facilities master plan (FY2020).
Denton County is the fourth fastest growing county in the state of Texas, experiencing a 47-percent population growth between 1990 and 2000. Services provided by REES included: operational needs assessment, facilities physical plant evaluation, space needs assessment, long-range growth and implementation strategies. REES provided these services in association with Carter Goble Associates.
