The project consists of renovating existing space and creating additional space for the Centralized Services Building on the FAA Campus. The basement kitchen was totally renovated with new cooking equipment, prep tables, storage racks, and refrigeration equipment. The locker rooms and restrooms were renovated to provide the staff with a secure environment for storing personal belongings.

A complete renovation also took place on the first floor with the addition of a fire stairwell, coffee, storage, and restrooms. A new serving line was installed with all new equipment. The dining area was completely updated with new finishes and restaurant-style seating. Landscaping and exterior paved circulation space as well as exterior seating was constructed to complete the remodeling.
