Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, the forty-year-old, 425,000-square-foot George Allen Sr. Courts Building received a nine-story 210,000-square-foot addition and renovation, providing a new home for the Dallas County Civil Courts.
The George Allen Courts building has been awarded a Certificate of Merit from The American Institute of Architects for its selection as a published project in the 2006 Justice Facilities Review, a publication of the Academy of Architecture for Justice.
