The new 87,000-square-foot facility provides employees and visitors with security and protective features in an aesthetically pleasing setting.
The focal point for the building is the dramatic entry rotunda and public lobby, which are connected by a secure corridor to the two-story interior atrium. The brick exterior, highlighted by the dramatic circular glass rotunda, sits in a landscaped parkway with outdoor gathering areas for employees where security barriers are disguised as landscape elements.
This small amenity allows employees of the building to enjoy the design of the lobby while still maintaining the highest levels of security.
