A design/build effort of Flintco, Inc. and REES, the new 67,726-square-foot, 256-bed addition will include two one-story buildings.
The prison camp minimum-security prison and ancillary facility will be built adjacent to an existing prison, and the project includes plans for future housing. The ancillary building will house food services, dining and recreation areas, chapel, library, visitation, administration and medical treatment spaces.
The housing building has two dormitories housing 128 inmates each. The building also houses counselor offices, administrative functions, vending and multipurpose spaces for inmates, and showers/restroom facilities.
