The result of a property whose proportion is 5 to 1, where the only frontage measures 30 feet.
The design opted for was five floors, each with five apartments, distributed by means of open interior atriums which provide constant natural light.
A cylindrical volume stands out on the main façade with orthogonally modulated perforations, creating a visual point of attraction in a street and area plagued by extreme visual pollution.
