From the outset, this development presented a quite singular feature: the land was on a steep gradient, located in a zone of single-family housing.
For this reason, the Complex was conceived in two integrated parts. The first is an open plaza with an impressive set of volumes similar in height to those of the neighboring buildings, which serves as an access and is where the function room is located. The second consists of three bodies incorporated in one tower of 12 large apartments one per floor all with a view of a splendid wooded gully, which are accessed by means of panoramic elevators.
This well-planned layout also enabled a gymnasium, covered swimming pool, multiple-use hall, racquetball court and covered 30-vehicle parking lot to be included.
