The FBI facility for San Antonio, in conjunction with the GSA, was designed to harmoniously blend necessary security features and functional office space. The design utilizes natural Texas limestone, both smooth and rough cut, as well as granite, cherry wood, bronze, and glass throughout.
The four-story facility includes a staff parking garage, office spaces, fitness center, atrium, public lobby and guard station. The perimeter is secured by state-of-the-art fencing and security technology that is softened by the use of strategic landscaping.

Overall design of the San Antonio Field Office creates an impressive, distinctive and enduring building that compliments and enhances the surrounding suburban fabric and architectural vernacular of south Texas, thereby presenting a strong and dignified image to the community.
